Just because the car door opens doesn’t mean Lucy is allowed to jump out. She has to WAIT for my release. I might just be putting something in the car. I also need to make sure it’s safe and Lucy is relaxed before we proceed. I might want to just look at this gorgeous dog for a moment too!
