Dasher is learning an important command – WAIT! Not 1 paw forward! Especially when the front door is open. The gate establishes the threshold. The goal is to not need the gate or worry if the door is open and I’m not standing there. He should stop & WAIT automatically. We teach good habits! But consistency is key! Good job Dasher!
