Basil knows the routine when it’s time to eat! His food is in powder form and needs to thicken up after you add water. I take advantage of that time to teach this counter surfer that everything on it is mine! Any attempt to surf will result in a swift, stern correction. Even when I put the food on the floor he must stay back, be respectful and wait patiently for the pack leader to say if/when he can have it. I’m just glad he’s not a drooler!
