Huckleberry, Forrest, and Pedro got in some fun playtime after their walk today. Pedro just joined us for Continuing Education, and to introduce him to Forrest and Huck, we first walked together. Then once their energy was calmer, they met and were instant buddies! Taking turns playing chase, splashing in the pool, and racing through the yard are great interactions, but I take the time to split them up during play to remind them I’m in charge and keep play from getting rough. Being able to drop what they’re doing and come to me when called is great self control. What handsome boys!
