Shelley Lake is a big, busy and exciting place for a young dog. Sophie dos great listening and paying attention with some drill work and circles with a group of other dogs and their trainers. Once we got them settled and into work mode we went for a stroll around the lake including a stop on a floating dock to check out the geese who weren’t shy about coming up to say hi 🙂 We even got to do a little agility!!
Sophie has all but overcame her shyness with strangers and happily approaches other people and dogs to say hi and sits politely to get her head scratched. Socialization with calm consistent leadership is key!!
