Sophie and Winston really like to play with each other. Sophie doesn’t know that she’s here for continuing education and Winston doesn’t know that he’s here to learn some self control. They just want to play rough! I keep them close to me so I can break up the party before someone is wearing a lamp shade!! Sophie doesn’t care that Winston is 3 times her size, she thinks she can take him (& she can!). Keeping the play energy balanced in a housefull of dogs or a two dog house is very important. A few quick corrections, a time out or a big settle party can keep everybody in a positive mood and keeps me in charge.
