Rudy, Leo, Stella, and Willie know that dinner time means everyone is calm and patient, and I control all meals. They can stay in a SIT or a DOWN while I make everyone’s food, and no jumping forward while I put bowls down. For the fast eaters, putting their food into slow feeder bowls, like Leo and Stella’s, slows them down and challenges them to get their food. Willie is using a Busy Buddy that throws out a few pieces at a time as he rolls it around. This keeps him busy for a long time so that he can’t gobble all his food up in 2 bites!
