Silas is learning that he has to “work” to earn his loving! It gives a working type dog like Silas a feeling of purpose and accomplishment. He “worked” this morning on his loose leash walking, his manners at the door and finally on a nice down stay before he earned his loving….which he thoroughly enjoyed! Things mean more when you have to work for them!
