Harper and Barney got in a great walk after the rain. With anything we do, we start calm! When they sit at the gate to be released, they try to compete to be first out, brother and sister shoving past each other. So to work on that, I wait until both dogs are totally relaxed and not squirming. Then I call one at a time, mixing it up at each doorway. Only calm behavior is rewarded and I can wait forever!
