It’s after 8pm and still hot outside! After a quick romp around the yard, we are back inside to cool off & settle. Training your dogs to stay put is easier when they can see you, but we need to challenge these girls to relax even when I leave the room. When I step out of sight, I’ll yell “Eh-Eh” so they think I’m still watching! It’s to tell them, “Don’t even think about getting up!” If they do, I simply put them back and walk away again. Eventually they quit trying. Teenagers!
