Otis is learning all about how to follow his human’s lead. He doesn’t need to make any decisions on a walk. By giving him back to back commands like sit and down, he has to focus on what his handler wants. This way Otis stays mentally busy and doesn’t have time to think about anything else. He is doing a great job of holding a sit and a down until released.
