This takes patience and confidence on both parts to achieve. You have to be confident that your dog will do it and your dog will see that in you and be confident himself that, even at a distance, you’re in control. Note Olivia’s down position, hip shifted to one side, not all fours tucked under ready to pop back up at any second. This shows she’s relaxed and calm, confident in me even though I’m not right by her. Good job Olivia!!
