We have been practicing our manners on the leash. Working on the leash is a huge leadership activity. We walk the neighborhood and throw in frequent sit-stays while we watch cars go by and neighbors leaving for work. We practice walking by other people and dogs with a loose leash. No barking or “puffing up” allowed. And of course, we start and end with our sit at the door! Good job little girl!
