Luca went on an outing to Petsmart today. We started his trip at home with a sit at the door where we put his leash on. He then was invited into the car for the ride. When we arrived, he had to wait to be released to come out of the car. We then politely walked up to the store and sat at the front door. Then he followed me into the store. We walked the aisles and he sat every time I stopped. He got excited over the kitties so we walked by them several times and stopped and sat. We then hovered around the Banfield Desk as if we were waiting for an appointment. He sat politely and had to ignore the other dogs and did great! We then checked out and he sat politely for his treat from the cashier. The lady in line behind us commented "He’s so well trained"! Way to show off Luca!!! When you start your outing in a calm and controlled manner, your trip will be much more pleasant!
