Chessie and I are practicing the WAIT command today. After she felt comfortable getting in & out of a strange car, the next challenge is teaching her to “WAIT” for permission first. Just because the door opens doesn’t mean she can jump in/out. I use my body to block her, then I step away to test her self control. Good job Chessie!
