Jack sees and hears EVERYTHING! This is just who he is and that will never go away. What we can change is his reaction to everything he sees and hears. He can look but he can’t take off after it or bark at it. He must stay in the position I have put him in. Working on obedience at a distance, also forces him to look and focus on me so he knows what the next command is.
