Roscoe is showing us the perfect example of how animals greet each other. They don’t hug, scream or jump with excitement. They sniff calmly. Whether you are reuniting with your dog after a long day at work, having guests over, or greeting a neighbor on a walk – let your animal (dog) just sniff to say hello. Teaching them to greet like a human is unnatural and often unsafe for both. With proper training and lots of practice, us humans can learn how to be calm and polite!
