Harlie, Henley, Scout, and Ranger took a trip to North Hills today. Before going inside Woofgang Bakery, we walked around the building first to burn off energy before heading in. Outings in public give the dogs a chance to practice their manners in new places with different people. They learn how to just be with their handler wherever they go. Henley and Scout stop and sit while their handlers Anitra and Nick chat. The dogs also got to practice door manners (humans always first!). Then they all got to work on self control in the store around treats, toys, and other dogs as distraction. Great work everybody!
