Froyo loves to get into everything in the house, and he also likes the attention and chasing he gets when he’s gotten into something he shouldn’t have. To change the game, I put a basket of appropriate toys down, then I play with those toys and make a really big deal out of them. When he goes to the basket I give him lots of exciting encouragement so he’s getting positive attention for choosing his toys. The goal is for him to eventually go grab his own toys, but for now, if he looks for something to explore, I lead him over to the basket. Good job Froyo!
