Eli went to the Sunday afternoon class. We walked, sat, waited and did downs. Then I handed him to Shannon and she worked him a while. At anytime, any trainer can be called on to work a dog in training. This gives the trainers lots of experience working with different dogs with different issues. Switching dogs also gives the dog the feeling that no matter who has my leash, I am safe and must follow the same commands as asked. Eli is a bit stubborn but he’s realizing that he has to earn affection.
