All the trainers handle all the dogs. From the tallest trainee (Grace the great dane) to the smallest trainee (Eli!), we all get a chance to work them and do drills with them. It teaches the dog that no matter who is at the end of the leash, the same rules apply. It gives trainers a chance to work with other dogs and take pics of their dogs working! Win win!
