Harper, Barney, Maya, Rudy, and Lana are patiently holding their DOWN while I prep their dinner.
They stay there until I say “all done!” to release them to eat. This keeps me in charge of food and takes lots of self control on their part.
Eating with other dogs builds Barney’s confidence. He can eat with everyone else knowing that I won’t let anyone steal his food.
Time for an after dinner bone!
