Daisy’s first lesson is to sit at all doorways, coming in or going out, and wait to be called through. This simple step does several things: prevents her from dashing out the door, promotes calmness inside and out, and helps with self control. She must focus on staying in a sit instead of trying to get to the other side. It also shows Daisy that you are in charge of all space, and she must wait to be invited to pass through.
