During our morning walks we work on lots of things. We do lots of sits, heel, wait and downs. Cosima is getting good at sitting when we stop. Next I ask her to hold the sit and add some distance. These steps are on the stairway to off leash. When she can listen and hold commands, we add more distance until she listens off leash. Cosima is smart and I have no doubt that with practice she will get there!
