To give Cora a job at night, dinner time becomes work time. Instead of gobbling her food, I make it a long interactive process where she’s waiting for commands. She holds a down while I drop food on the floor. If it falls on her paws she stays looking at me until I tell her “break!” She’s like a statue! Even with food on her head, she holds still until released!
