Cora kept me company while I cleaned out my closet and did laundry. She loves to grab whatever she can and run through the house, hoping I’ll chase her. With a dog as smart as her who feeds off of negative attention, it’s important not to give in and chase. Instead, I get very excited and tell her GOOD GIRL when she reaches for toys from her basket. She loves the attention and wants to go to her designated play things because it makes me so happy. After a lot of practice, I can set her up by leaving my slippers and a box of random things by her basket. She knows the difference and happily takes a toy back to her bed!
