The best way to have a calm well behaved dog on outings is to start off calm and in control. Before we head out, Coco must sit politely at the door to be released out. Once we reach our destination, he must also wait to come out of the crate until I say it’s okay. This is also an excellent safety activity so your dog doesn’t jump out of the car into traffic!!
