Chaz did drills outside before we ever stepped foot in the store. Once he was calm we went in the store to check out all the good stuff. When a squeaky cart went by I put my back to it so Chaz would know he didn’t need to worry. He did great walking by people and birds without making a sound! You did a great job Chaz!
