Buxton was bad about pestering at his owner when she was eating. He is fine chewing on his toy while we are eating. We ignore him and give him no attention at all. That keeps him calm. Being a firm leader for a dog who needs leadership helps them to stop trying to be in charge all the time. Buxton is a great dog!
